LCTCS

River Parishes Community College (RPCC) is governed by the Louisiana Community and Technical College System (LCTCS) Board of Supervisors. The LCTCS Board of Supervisors is the ultimate governing authority for RPCC, setting policies and overseeing the college system. 

Louisiana Board of Regents

The college is also registered with the Louisiana State Board of Regents, the state's top higher education management board, responsible for overseeing policies and funding for the state's higher education institutions, including RPCC.
